Liverpool Empire Tickets & What's On

Find tickets for upcoming talks, lectures and live conversation events at theatres across the UK, featuring bestselling authors, historians, broadcasters, comedians and public figures sharing their work and ideas with audiences. The talks programme covers everything from literary events tied to new books and biographies to historical deep-dives, behind-the-scenes television and film discussions, political and current affairs analysis, and intimate one-evening Q&A specials with celebrity guests. The seated theatre format suits this kind of content particularly well — close enough for direct connection between speaker and audience, large enough to attract major names on national tours. Most talks are single evening events, often with book signings or audience question sessions included. Browse upcoming talks below for full dates, speaker details and direct booking links.
