Grand Opera House York Tickets & What’s On

Find tickets for upcoming alternative and indie concerts at theatres across the UK, covering the spectrum from established indie rock acts to alternative folk, alt-country and singer-songwriter performances. Theatre venues suit alternative and indie shows particularly well — the focused, seated format works for the lyrical and acoustic-led traditions of the genre, where audiences come to listen as much as to enjoy the atmosphere. The programme features touring artists at venues including the Alexandra Theatre Birmingham, Theatre Royal Brighton, Edinburgh Playhouse and Manchester Opera House. Most performances are single evening shows. Browse upcoming alternative and indie concerts below for full dates, artist details and direct booking links.
