The Bodyguard is currently booking until 30th August 2013 at the Adelphi TheatreThe Bodyguard, a new musical based on the fabulous smash-hit film The Bodyguard starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston, will premiere in London’s West End at the Adelphi Theatre November 2012 starring Heather Headley and Lloyd Owen.

The Bodyguard, former Secret Service agent Frank Farmer, is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron from an unknown stalker. Both of them expect to be in control and the boss, what they don’t expect is to fall in love.

The Bodyguard is a romantic thriller, featuring a multitude of Whitney Houston’s greatest hits, including Queen of the Night, So Emotional, One Moment in Time, Saving All My Love, I’m Your Baby Tonight, Run to You, I Have Nothing, How Will I Know, I Wanna Dance With Somebody and of course one of the greatest hit songs of all time, I Will Always Love You.

History of The Bodyguard
The Bodyguard is a 1992 American romantic thriller film starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. Released in June 13th 1992. Costner stars as a former Secret Service Agent-turned-bodyguard who is hired to protect Houston’s character, a music star, from an unknown stalker. Lawrence Kasdan wrote the film in the 1970s, originally as a vehicle for Steve McQueen and Diana Ross It was directed by Mick Jackson. This film was Houston’s acting debut.
