Built in 1888 to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee, the Victoria Hall is a Grade II Listed venue that has stood at the heart of Stoke-on-Trent’s cultural scene for over 130 years.
Over the years, Victoria Hall has hosted a wide range of events, from concerts and wrestling matches to boxing matches and rock gigs. In the mid-nineties, the venue underwent a major refurbishment, reopening its doors in 1998 to become one of the most popular venues on the touring circuit.
Today, Victoria Hall is home to an impressive array of famous faces, including Paul Weller, Morrissey, Jimmy Carr, Russell Brand, John Bishop, and Bloc Party. The venue consistently attracts the biggest names in music and comedy to Stoke-on-Trent, as well as an array of children’s shows, music tributes, and dance.
