Dick (Richard McCourt) said; “I’ve always been a huge fan of all things Monty Python and so am very excited about the fact that I’m getting the chance to prove myself as King Arthur and take hold of the mighty Excalibuer.” Dom (Dominic Wood) said; “I have my dad and older brothers to thank for bringing me up on Python. We watched it as much as watching Kids TV, so singing Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life on stage will be a career highlight! It’s also the first time in the west end for us, so… ‘Now for something completely different’.

Speaking exclusively to us today Carley said; “I was attracted by the humour and fun that Spamalot promotes . I love Monty Python ! Lady of The Lake is a great role with fantastic songs, comedy and gorgeous costumes. I can not wait to be comfortable in the role and enjoy the moments especially Diva Lament !

Audiences from around the world have for many years enjoyed watching Monty Python’s Spamalot, by Eric Idle and John Du Prez, which won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2005.

Spamalot tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the (very) Round Table and features a bevy (or possibly a brace) of beautiful show girls, witch burnings (cancelled as considered to be far too expensive) not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people. The show features the hilarious songs He Is Not Dead Yet, Knights of the Round Table, Find Your Grail and of course one of the Nation’s Favourite Comedy Song Always Look On the Bright Side of Life.

Don’t miss your night out with the Knights of The Round Table at the most brilliantly funny musical of the new millennium.

Spamalot is playing at The Playhouse Theatre
