Apollo Theatre to reopen with LET THE RIGHT ONE IN

The The Right One InFollowing the collapse of the ceiling in December 2013 at the Apollo Theatre, the theatre has been dark since that time, with first safety checks, and then repairs being carried out. The subsequent transfer of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time out of the theatre, has left room for a new production to come in, and the doors will open again with Let The Right One In, opening on 26th March 2014.

Oskar is a bullied lonely teenage boy living with his mother on a housing estate at the edge of town, when a spate of sinister killings rock the neighbourhood.

Eli is the young girl who has just moved in next door. She doesn’t go to school and never leaves the flat by day. Sensing in each other a kindred spirit, the two become devoted friends. What Oskar doesn’t know is that Eli has been a teenager for a very long time…

“I’m not that. I live on blood. But I am not…that…Can I come in?”
